Position - Night Porter (39hrs full time)

Role - You will ensure our guests feel indulged and captivated by their experience at the Stradey park Hotel through your friendly attentive nature and positive attitude.

Duties- To accommodate hotel patrons by registering and assigning them to their rooms, issuing room keys, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests’ maintaining accounts, making and confirming reservations, and presenting statements to, and collecting payments from, departing guests.

Responsibility - 1.Welcoming guests to the hotel and helping with check in and check out.
2. Dealing with guest queries and ensuring all guests receive a high level of service at all times.
3. Ensuring the health, safety and security of the hotel is maintained at all times.
The successful candidate will report directly to the front of house manager and will be working overnight shifts. Competitive rates of pay offered.
